What You’ll Do

As our Retention Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
  • Managing and optimizing automated email flows, SMS campaigns, and signup forms to maximize retention and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Analyzing key metrics (repurchase rates, engagement, list growth) and delivering data-driven recommendations for growth.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to translate business goals into actionable retention strategies.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing technical setups across enterprise ESPs like Braze, SFMC, Iterable, and Klaviyo.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure flawless campaign delivery and platform performance.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, privacy regulations, and best practices to continuously evolve client programs.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years managing or heavily involved in retention marketing for B2C ecommerce brands.
  • Expertise in Email, SMS, Push, and/or Loyalty marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ESPs like Braze, SFMC, Iterable, or Klaviyo (or similar platforms).
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email design tweaks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to drive strategy and improvements.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Previous experience with larger brands or enterprise-level ecommerce businesses is a strong plus.
