What You’ll Do

As our Client Account Manager, you’ll lead client communication and project execution to deliver top-tier retention marketing programs. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing timelines, scope, and project resources.
  • Proactively setting expectations and communicating updates to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Scoping projects clearly and managing scope creep with confidence and transparency.
  • Identifying and recommending upsell opportunities that align with client goals and add meaningful value.
  • Managing project workflows using ClickUp or similar project management tools to ensure accountability and clarity.
  • Offering strategic solutions to client challenges, driving long-term success and stronger relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams—design, copywriting, strategy—to execute projects flawlessly.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in account management or project management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially retention marketing (Email, SMS, Push, Loyalty, Lifecycle).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust and relationships naturally.
  • Strategic thinking with a solutions-first, proactive mindset.
  • High level of organization and detail orientation, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (preferably ClickUp or similar platforms).
  • A collaborative, positive approach that uplifts both clients and internal teams.
