This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams—ensuring every project is delivered smoothly, on time, and with excellence.
What You’ll Do
As our Client Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day project execution and client communication. You’ll be responsible for scoping, planning, and managing deliverables across multiple accounts—all while anticipating challenges, solving problems, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Managing timelines, deliverables, and project scope using tools like ClickUp
Collaborating with internal teams—designers, strategists, implementers—to deliver projects on time
Setting and maintaining clear scope boundaries while identifying upsell opportunities that add value
Leading client calls, sharing updates, and gathering feedback to keep everything aligned
Solving roadblocks quickly with a strategic, client-first approach
Supporting the creation of strategic briefs and ensuring internal alignment on deliverables
Documenting and tracking tasks, changes, and next steps to keep everyone informed and on track
What Success Looks Like
Clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams
Projects that are completed on time, on scope, and with measurable client satisfaction
Strong client relationships and high retention rates
Strategic recommendations that solve problems and drive growth
Consistently organized project tracking, reporting, and documentation
What You Bring
2–3+ years of experience in account or project management (agency experience preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive managing multiple clients at once
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture
Experience using project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
Familiarity with retention marketing channels—Email, SMS, Push, Lifecycle, Loyalty
Ability to anticipate issues and proactively solve them before they escalate
Self-motivation and accountability in a remote-first environment
