What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in generating demand and boosting brand awareness across all outbound channels. Your day-to-day will include:
- Planning and executing outbound marketing campaigns that attract and convert.
- Managing paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and cold email outreach.
- Overseeing and optimizing outbound messaging across platforms and funnels.
- Leading content marketing initiatives—website, social media, thought leadership, and more.
- Tracking performance and continuously testing to improve results and ROI.
- Ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating closely with sales and leadership to align efforts with growth goals.
What Success Looks Like
- A steady pipeline of qualified leads ready for the sales team to close.
- Effective marketing campaigns that drive visibility, awareness, and engagement.
- Performance improvements backed by data, iteration, and sharp insights.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in growth, outbound, or demand generation marketing (agency or B2B a plus).
- Proven experience running paid media and outbound email campaigns.
- Strong grasp of content marketing and brand positioning.
- A data-first mindset with solid reporting and optimization chops.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A proactive, strategic approach—and the ability to execute fast.
