What You’ll Do
As our Agency Marketing Manager, you’ll own and execute outbound marketing efforts that drive both demand and visibility. Your day-to-day will include:
- Running paid ads across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) that attract high-quality leads
- Managing cold email outreach campaigns that cut through the noise
- Leading content marketing efforts—website, social, and thought leadership
- Creating and optimizing outbound messaging and funnels across all touchpoints
- Tracking performance, testing strategies, and improving ROI with data-backed decisions
- Ensuring brand voice and positioning are consistent across all marketing channels
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to align campaigns with business growth
What Success Looks Like
- A consistent stream of qualified leads for the sales team to close
- Campaigns that boost visibility, drive engagement, and build awareness
- Ongoing performance improvements through data, testing, and iteration
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or outbound marketing (agency or B2B preferred)
- Proven success with paid advertising, cold outreach, and content-driven marketing
- Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize accordingly
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and execution skills
- Confidence to lead independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
